How we were born…
Avenue Building Contractors was born after much demand from our customers of our sister company, Avenue Heating, asked us to provide them with more than just heating services! Over the past few years we have taken on renovation projects and garage conversions. Now, following on from increasing demand, we have formally opened Avenue Building Contractors!
Where others go wrong….
Over the years, we have seen time and time again how difficult it is for people to find reliable, trustworthy builders to complete their projects. We have seen how builders have cut-corners or employed sub-contractors who are just not able to deliver the kind of quality that is expected of them. This lack of skill and attention to detail is what led us to initially get asked to manage our first refurbishment projects and has since grown into us now taking on major structural works, including extension and loft conversions!

Meet the team!
In order to deliver the structural side of our work, we have brought in a very experienced “old school” builder, Andy, who has been in the building industry for over thirty years and is recognized as a Master Bricklayer by trade. If there is anything Andy doesn’t know about building, you don’t need to know about it either!
Winston Davis is the managing director and has over thirteen years in the construction industry, a heating engineer by trade, he has has specialised in designing and installing complex heating installations. Over the years, he has managed and delivered many multi-service (plumbing, heating, electrical, air-conditioning etc) projects, including hotels, schools and over a one-hundred large domestic properties.
With the combined knowledge and experience of Winston and Andy, you’ll know you’re in safe hands from day one!
